Not only am I more then pleased with the vehicle, I also am extremely satisfied with the great customer experience I received from Dennis Epps. He went above and beyond what was expected!! Due to the fact I live in Pennsylvania, they were able to make an arrangement to have the car brought to me. I can honestly say this has been the most hassle free car purchase I have ever had. Not only did he make the process very easy with the paper work, He went one step further after driving the car all the way to me (2.5+ hour drive) he thoroughly explain all the features and functions of the car as if I was at the dealership not rushing me and taking his time to make sure I fully understood the car and was completely satisfied with everything. I'm so grateful for to have dealt with Dennis and Owing Mills Mercedes because they understood my wants and needs.
