This is the first EV vehicle we have ever driven and it does NOT disappoint. We previously had 5 gas powered BMW’s in the past and were reluctant to go all electric. The BMW X drive 40i is by far the smoothest and quietest BMW we have ever had, not to mention the acceleration. We were very pleased with the overall experience. Anyone that is in the market for a vehicle- I highly recommend the BMW X Drive 40i and be sure to ask for Kellen!! More

Casey BMW Gets It Right – Unlike the other BMW Dealership in the 757 Living in North Carolina, we prefer to handle car shopping remotely—whether by phone, text, or email. For over 15 years, we were loya in the 757 Living in North Carolina, we prefer to handle car shopping remotely—whether by phone, text, or email. For over 15 years, we were loyal customers of the other BMW delaership, having leased or purchased at least four vehicles from them. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was so disappointing that any sense of loyalty is now gone. We were ready to buy. We had agreed on pricing, gave them the green light to run my credit, and they even placed a SOLD sign on the vehicle. Then came the unnecessary hoops—they told me to drive to CarMax for a trade-in appraisal. I had to take a half day off work just to do it. To this day, I’m still not sure why. Why send a customer who drove all the way up from North Carolina to run around for an appraisal? Especially when trade values can be easily pulled online. That was a first for me—and not in a good way. To make matters worse, the very next morning they called and said they had “made a mistake” on the numbers and could no longer honor the deal. Then they casually asked if I was still interested. Throughout the process, the one phrase they repeated was, “Sorry, we don’t negotiate.” If that’s truly the policy, then why waste my time? Why run my credit, mark the car as sold, and have me take time off work? The whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of a trip. Thankfully, everything changed when I reached out to Casey BMW. After a great experience purchasing a Silverado 1500 from Casey Chevrolet last year, I contacted Travis Battles—the salesperson I worked with—to ask for a recommendation at Casey BMW. He referred me to Dennis Grant, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment Dennis contacted us, the difference was night and day. He was respectful, responsive, and incredibly efficient. He handled everything over the phone and via text, sent detailed photos, answered every question, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. No pressure. No games. We told Dennis to go ahead and have the car cleaned and prepped. And in a twist of timing, the other moi BMW called again—right at that moment. I didn’t even bother answering. Then they texted to say they had spoken with their GM and asked if I had time to talk. My response: “Sorry, not interested. And it’s unfortunate, because I just bought a car at Casey BMW.” That felt really good to say. When we arrived, our iX50 was detailed and waiting out front. John Charnecki greeted us outside with a smile, offered refreshments, and had all the initial paperwork ready to go. Everyone we passed in the showroom welcomed us warmly—a completely different atmosphere from what we had experienced elsewhere. Trey Leggett in finance had us wrapped up quickly and professionally. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours—easily the smoothest, most efficient car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Bottom line: If you’re shopping for a BMW and actually value your time, money, and peace of mind, skip the stress and go straight to Casey BMW. Ask for Dennis or John—they’ll treat you with respect, offer transparent pricing, and deliver the kind of service every customer deserves. Don’t waste your time—or take a day off—at the other BMW dealership, a dealership that’s clearly forgotten how to treat even its most loyal customers. More
