Impressed I just got home with my new-to-me 2017 Ford Escape. Burt Randall is such a good rep for Phillips; he made sure I had the smoothest, easiest car buying experience EVER! He went above and beyond to make sure that when I drove off the lot in my car I was 100 percent satisfied. On top of that, he knows his stuff; he's been in the business so long, I don't think anything phases him; he handles it all with a smile on his face. And Dennis J, who helped me with the financing and warranty portion is a 30-year experienced financial whiz. Plus his background in mechanics helped me understand the benefits of the warranty I was purchasing - he knows mechanically and financially how to make a smart decision. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership and the people who work there. We will be purchasing our family's next vehicle from Phillips Toyota. Based on our needs and performance that we were looking for in our next vehicle, they guided us to the level that would work for us and fit within our budget. We decided to purchase a Sienna XLE premium. We’re extremely happy with the van and our grandchildren love it also. They say it is very roomy, awesome and comfortable. This is from a 7 y/o, 10 y/o and a 15 y/o. Wow, my wife and I didn’t even think the children would pay attention to much past the blu-ray player. What the van has to offer and the outreach from the dealership on making us feel we’re part of the Toyota family is sincerely appreciated. The programs and service benefits that the dealership has to offer we feel is over the top!! We are first time buyers of a Toyota vehicle, as we were owners of brand H for a number of years. Everybody was so friendly and awesome at Phillips Toyota in Leesburg. I started out with a car I wasn't so keen on, and he picked up on my vibe and then showed me another one. Then I came back a week later as I was on the fence, drove the car again and still didn't get my "wow effect". Finally I got into the Toyota Highlander and fell in love with the car.... Today I am a very happy customer and the last part of my experience is of course the Finance Guy. Dennis was awesome, knowledgeable, gave me some added financial tips about my car I traded, and in all of my years of experience in buying and trading my cars, he was THE BEST!!
