Paul was so patient with me and explained everything about my new car. Then we went over everything again while sitting in my car. I was very comfortable driving my new car when I drove it off their lot. Chris, too, was just a polite and professional as Paul was. Both were a joy to work with. I enjoy shopping for cars at Gates. Everyone is so nice and pleasnt to deal with. I have never shopped for vehicles at any other dealership where everyone was so friendly. They really do go above and beyond for everyone! More

Gates is the dealership to beat! I have been working with Gates for over 15 years and have purchased many vehicles from them. I recently purchased a new Armada and the experience was I have been working with Gates for over 15 years and have purchased many vehicles from them. I recently purchased a new Armada and the experience was amazing. I worked with a new sales rep Nick F and his attentiveness, attention to detail, follow-thru and more importantly the follow up after was something he himself and Gates should be very proud of. I don't even live in the state of CT and I felt like I lived next door to them with the customer service I received The service department! All I can say is WOW, it is never a pleasure when your vehicle has routine or non-routine maintenance needed, BUT Gates makes the experience painless! Jeanna and the team are outstanding Wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
