Overall there is a shark mentality in the sales department and the only people halfway honest with me were in the service department. My overall impression here is hard sell without th I ugh you what the person actually wants or can afford. Sell something and get it out the door. Would never buy a car there again. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to purchase a Nissan product. While in the process of purchasing this vehicle, I had several phone conversations with the sales manager who kept refe to purchase a Nissan product. While in the process of purchasing this vehicle, I had several phone conversations with the sales manager who kept referring to me as Bubba after telling him my name was not Bubba. I guess he was thought he was just being cute. The sales staff were not friendly and courteous they seem it did not matter if they sold a vehicle or not while at the dealership, finishing the paperwork for the purchase of the car music in the showroom was so loud I could not hear on the phone to speak to my insurance agent to get the paperwork they requested. I stepped outside, so I could hear the deal that I received on the car. I feel was fair, but the treatment I received and the demeanor of the sales staff, I would not return to this dealership for another vehicle purchase. More
