We purchased a used F150 from here about a month and a half ago. The sales dept was wonderful. Our salesman did not overwhelm us and was very helpful with anything and everything we could have asked for. half ago. The sales dept was wonderful. After purchasing we had found the oil pan was leaking which was covered under out extended warranty. We took the truck into the service dept to get it fixed and we were not impressed with the service at all. After dropping it of, with an appointment, we waited 2 days before we even heard anything. This was only because I had to go in person and ask. They would not answer their phone and would not return calls. On the third day they finally sent us the info for approval to start repairs. We approved it and were told the parts would be there the next day. Did not hear anything for another 3 days until we had to reach out yet again and were told it would be done on Wednesday. It was not done when they said it would be and yet again only found this out when we reached out ourselves again. Then it would be Thursday by noon and yet again heard nothing. Finally got ahold of them and they said they had not finished the job because our battery was bad and it needed a new one. I told them to just jump it and we would come get the truck. On top of that all they had recommended some services that they said needed done and one of them was a cooling system flush based on the mileage of the vehicle. They had just flushed the cooling system on this truck right before we purchased the truck. So they tried to sell us another flush when their shop had just done it and had record of it because it was recorded and in the Carfax of the vehicle. After picking up the truck I was not happy with the service so I talked with the service manager and general manager. The general manager was nice and wanted to help but the service manager was very rude. She kept making excuses for why they did what they did. This made it seem like I was in the wrong for even saying anything. I asked them why the battery was said to be bad as we just bought the truck and i was advised this was checked when we bought the truck. At the time it very much seemed like either they sold us a truck with a bad battery and said they checked it on the used vehicle inspection and it was fine or they were just trying to upsell me a battery I did not need. They tested the battery and it was bad and I was told its normal for a battery to be fine and then bad in a month and a half which is not true. I tried to talk to the service manager about this and she would not even let me speak and would talk over me. The sales dept said that because of the situation they would put a new battery in free of charge for us. Again the sales dept was the only people that made us feel like they cared. I was then told by the service manager that because they were "making it right" that she expected me to leave a 5 start review. This is why this is a 5 star review but I was not going to lie and say that we had a good experience. Very much seemed like she was trying to bribe me into giving a good review. Only after all was said and done did the service manager finally "apologize". It did not seem sincere but just a way to make it seem like they "made it right". Needless to say we will not be taking out truck back here for service which is sad because this is our local dealer and we were very impressed with the sales dept but unfortunately the service dept has ruined the experience for us. More

Very dissatisfied with my Corwin experience. I purchased a truck from them less than 6 months ago. 2018 Ford f150 with a power train warranty. Check engine light came on. I ended up needing almost $7,000 worth of work done. Thankfully the warranty covered half of that cost but they almost didn’t cover it. Even though when I purchased it the salesman told me that if anything goes wrong with the engine or transmission the warranty will cover it. I ordered a canopy for my truck a few weeks after purchasing. They were very poor with communication when it came to scheduling an install. I had to pick it up and install myself. Corwin offers a pick up service when you need repairs. This sounds nice except for the fact that they showed up an hour late. I had to call them to see if they were still coming. Once the truck got there the service advisor that called me was rude and condescending. My service advisor apparently got sick and was out for a week. Because of this no one else reached out or did anything to move anything along with my truck repairs. Every time I called they receptionist would tell me my service advisor is sick and that she was the one with all the information. My truck was in there shop for a month. I tried calling many different times. I left voicemails and texts. No one ever got back in contact with me. It was so frustrating. Horrible communication. They gave me no ETA of completion. They offered no loaner vehicle. Finally after a month I text asking if there were any updates. They said it should be ready tomorrow. Then the next day no communication. I had to get a ride to the dealership to find out if it was ready. When I got there my service advisor was just sitting at a computer. She didn’t look busy at all. She clearly could have called or texted me but was too lazy to do so. Then she tells me that they found another problem and it’ll be another $534 in repairs. The entire process was so frustrating. If they only would have given me proper communication I would have been fairly okay with the experience but it seemed like they really just didn’t care. Also you would think you wouldn’t have to get $7000 worth of repairs done to a 2018 truck with only 80,000 miles on it after only 6 months of owning it. I won’t purchase another vehicle from them. I’ll also definitely never go back to them for repairs or services either. It feels like they are friendly when selling you a truck but once you pay for it they stop caring about good customer service. More

Had Ford Transit RV there for a full month with complaint about grinding noise in rear differential. Turns out that front was found bad with shavings in fluid. Axle rebuilt on warranty.
