Derek Adams-Finance and Travis Littrell Service are exceptional employees dedicated to service and taking care of customers. They are the reason I would even consider referrals to Five Star Grapevine. Bought a 23’ Subaru Ascent in October ‘25, supposedly a Certified Preowned vehicle with 154 point inspection. It only had 151 of the points supposedly inspected. Center console power outlets inoperable, passenger mirror didn’t work and slow leak in passenger rear tire. Totally my fault for trusting them to CPO the vehicle. Finally got repairs in February ‘26. Derek and Travis were the only employees that showed an interest in helping me get parts and repairs. Also my fault for trusting Five Star Subaru. Subaru is a dependable brand, Five Stars Subaru Certified Preowned vehicles are not. Don’t spend the extra money on a Five Star CPO. Can’t trust them to actually certify the vehicle. More

Derek refused to remove VSC from my contract before funding. I asked to have it removed 2 hours after speaking with the bank. After he would only cancel leaving my payment higher then I would have like funding. I asked to have it removed 2 hours after speaking with the bank. After he would only cancel leaving my payment higher then I would have like. I requested to have the contract pulled from the bank and he would not accommodate. BB was amazing and if it wasn’t for the issues with Derek I would work with BB again. As far as Daniel I shook his hand and he left me sitting at a desk while he helped another customer. BB really was the only good part of this experience in the end. More
