The show room, the offices, the waiting lounge, and the shop were spic n span. Great car, great pricing, free wi-fi. The lounge is self serve with a wide selection of drinks and snacks.

Derek refused to remove VSC from my contract before
funding. I asked to have it removed 2 hours after speaking with the bank. After he would only cancel leaving my payment higher then I would have like

I requested to have the contract pulled from the bank and he would not accommodate. BB was amazing and if it wasn’t for the issues with Derek I would work with BB again. As far as Daniel I shook his hand and he left me sitting at a desk while he helped another customer. BB really was the only good part of this experience in the end.

To provide some context, Derek was informed of the request to remove the VSC after the bank had already finalized and funded the loan. At that stage, we no longer have the authority to pull the contract back from the lender to adjust the monthly payment. Derek reached out across several channels—phone, email, and text—to explain that while we couldn't change the payment, we could certainly cancel the coverage for you.
