Service and warranty work I took my 2011 Lexus RX350 in for scheduled service. During the service work, it was discovered that my vehicle had a leaking shock absorber and a wo I took my 2011 Lexus RX350 in for scheduled service. During the service work, it was discovered that my vehicle had a leaking shock absorber and a worn front end bushing. Both items were replaced under warrantY. The inspection and subsequent work took longer than anticipated, however, Senior Service Consultant Derek Bishop made sure that I had a loaner vehicle for the six days my vehicle was at the dealership. All in all it was a positive experience. More

Long wait for service I waited four hours for the representative from AAA to arrive to assess the damage and give approval for the repair. Dereck drove me to Enterpris I waited four hours for the representative from AAA to arrive to assess the damage and give approval for the repair. Dereck drove me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle. The AAA agent called the next day explaining that he was ill and was unable to get to Lexus. The Lexus dealer was not the cause of the delay; the delay was caused by AAA. The next day the repairs were completed efficiently. More

Great Service Purchased a new 2018 ES 350 from Tony Rucker. We began thinking about the car purchase due to talking with Tony while in for a tire replacement on ou Purchased a new 2018 ES 350 from Tony Rucker. We began thinking about the car purchase due to talking with Tony while in for a tire replacement on our 2017 ES. We had a large nail which destroyed the tire. Phuong helped us with the replacement of the tire. Always excellent service from the service department. We normally deal with Derek Bishop on routine service and both service reps are excellent. We returned later to talk with Tony and decided to trade in our 2014 Lexus for a 2018 Lexus. We are extremely pleased with the new car as well as our 2017. Tony helped us with both transactions and is very knowledgeable on the technology and operation of the features. More
