Shopping to possibly buy a new Camry. Derek was very helpful to us! He went out in frigid weather (with a smile!) to bring a car in to the climate controlled area so that we could look at Derek was very helpful to us! He went out in frigid weather (with a smile!) to bring a car in to the climate controlled area so that we could look at it in comfort. He was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car he showed us. He reviewed the colors of the vehicle that would be available. When we had questions, he was able to answer them all. We decided to NOT buy a 2018 Camry as they have done away with most of the features that we love about our 2011 Camry. We did NOT like the following: the 'cockpit' style seat surround, the fewer storage spaces, the lowered height of the car from the ground, the front of the car, the colors available - all too dark - I want a fun, light color! We DID like the trunk space. The opening was more accessible, and they have done away with the semi-shield that we have towards the back of our trunk in our 2011 Camry. Derek was also well versed with any 'deals' that were available. However, at this time, we did not feel there were that many. More

He was very helpful and patient while car shopping and helped me find the right fit and price. I love my new RAV4! More

my new tundra search and capture!! My search started in September when I first met Derek. I was looking at a late model Certified Tundra. I looked hard and Derek stayed with me throughout the process which didn't come to anything. However I told Derek I would look at the 2018 models and to keep me posted. He did and despite the hard work I had put him through in September, he was there for me on my purchase of a new Tundra. Derek show exceptional willingness to put in the hard work on my behalf, and always with a Big Smile. He help me through the complete process showing a genuine care for my needs. I felt like the dealership really cared for me as a person as well as a customer. Derek put in the hard work necessary for me to buy and for that service I commend him and I am very comfortable with the Dealership because of him and his effort on my behalf... Thanks More

He stayed on course, looking for exactly what we asked him for, and trying to back into the price we needed to get to. He knew the cars well that we test drove, and answered all of our questions. He had a lot of patience with our buying process, and believe me, we tested him! He was "on" 24/7 for us, even texting on the weekends when we needed to speak with him, or on his day off.
