Hi Patrice, We all put in a great amount of effort to respect our client's time when they visit us for service. In this instance we completed your oil and filter change in a reasonable amount of time, you also requested a MA state inspection. The regulations require us to follow a specific procedure that is documented and recorded by the state. Unfortunately following this procedure occasionally results in delays that are outside dealership control. We hope you give us another shot and we can turn your experience around.
