Everyone at South Easton Motor Sales was a class act from the moment we stepped into the lot. We ended up buying a Jeep for my daughter here. These guys go the extra mile, excellent customer service & very attentive. When we came back to take delivery of the Jeep they even looked at & fixed a problem I had talked to them about with my fiancé’s jeep. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will be driving straight to this lot! More

Loved the no pressure approach; my mom and I shopped around for a little bit, found a car we both loved, test drove it with no salesman in the car, spent 30 min in the office going over paperwork and prices, and picked it up 5 days later fully serviced, inspected, cleaned and ready to drive. Great priced vehicles with low mileage and in great condition inside and out. I will definitely be coming back to make future purchases and I suggest everyone else does too!!! More

A great car at a fair price and excellent service I had done a lot of research before hand, so I went in knowing which car I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and what I expected for my trade in. I I had done a lot of research before hand, so I went in knowing which car I wanted, how much I wanted to spend and what I expected for my trade in. I didn't have to wait, I didn't feel pressured in any way and all my questions were answered. They were busy, even though it was a rainy day, but every customer that came in while I was there was acknowledged and treated with respect. There was a woman with a list of at least 7 or 8 cars she wanted to test drive, a young girl who apparently didn't have good credit (I wasn't eavesdropping, but it's a small office) and a couple who were having a hard time deciding between 2 different trucks, and it seemed like we were all receiving the same high level of customer service. When I've bought cars in the past, it's generally been stressful and I've felt like I was being taken advantage of. Not here. The whole process was simple and I didn't have to haggle or negotiate. Derek even came to a full stop at one point because my monthly payments came out to be a few dollars more than he had estimated and he wanted to be sure I was okay with that. That was 8 months ago, and I haven't had any problems or issues with my car in that time. I will definitely be a returning customer. More
