Great service and they do everything so that you get a great car buying experience becuase let's face it... it can be miserable. With this dealer, you are 100% getting your money's worth and then some. The most recent vehicle that was bought was for my mother and she really needed a vehicle becuase I have a brother with autism and her other car motor blew and she needed it asap. They went through it and did what needed to done. We also needed it asap and they just went above and beyond and with a family with a person with a disability, it means alot when people go out of they're way. I actually have one more family member looking for a new vehicle and you bet I told them to go to South Easton Motors!! More

No sales pressure, no "I know it all attitude", no hovering over you when you are looking at the vehicle of interest and they are confident in the products that they sell. When I had questions that I thought maybe small in importance, Derek answered my questions without judgement and/or hesitation. This kind of service cannot be taught. This kind of service is given from people who care about their customers. The whole staff was engaging, even the hard working auto detailer (the person that you never really see at most dealerships) asked me if I liked my purchase. You will not find a better experience in buying a car/truck from any other dealership. I had bought my 2008 Saturn Vue from here a few ye If you are going anywhere else you are crazy! The customer service is incredible. Here is my story! I had bought my 2008 Saturn Vue from here a few years ago. One of the best cars I purchased the buying process was hassle free and they made me feel comfortable. No pressure what so ever. Anyway in the last month my Saturn had started acting up. One morning I came out and had no power steering. I called as soon as they opened and they told me to bring it right over. The service department there is always willing to get you in as soon as possible. They were able to fix the issue right away. It was just a hose that let go. A few days went by and the same issue happened again. Called they said bring it right back. I did. While on the lot of course I looked at other vehicles just in case I guess I had a sixth sense about my Saturn! They were able to fix it one last time but the next morning same thing. Brought it right back. I have to say that Derek and Eric were upfront with me about the cost of fixing what now appeared to be a dead steering wheel pump. They gave me either option to fix or to look again at a new vehicle. I went with the new vehicle. Derek knew what I wanted and spent several hours crunching the numbers to get it were I was pretty comfortable. The entire South Easton team is incredible. They have earned my business. I am and always will be a loyal customer. They stand behind their vehicles and treat you like a human not a number. You don’t get that these days. By the way this is our 3rd car we have purchased here as my husband also bought his here. Check them out you won’t regret it. More

From the sales experience to the preparation of the truck for delivery, Derek and the staff went out of their way to make sure that my son was getting a reliable, safe vehicle. As all buyers can be, I was impatient and wanted to take delivery quickly and Derek would not allow the truck to leave until he was certain his mechanics had thoroughly reviewed and repaired all defects to the truck. Items found were repaired no questions asked, with no additional cost to us. It has been a long time since I felt the level of trust in the car industry that South Easton Motor Sales has earned with me. I highly recommend this dealership, you will not be disappointed!! More

First Time Buyer I was hesitant to go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle because of most dealers pressuring you to purchase from them. I was pleasantly surprised wh I was hesitant to go to a dealership to purchase a vehicle because of most dealers pressuring you to purchase from them. I was pleasantly surprised when that definitely was not the case. I initially worked with Burt to find the right car. He directed me where to look in the lot to find what I wanted and he answered all my questions. I went back the next day to sign the purchase agreement and worked with Derek to finalize everything. He was great and honest when answering all my questions. When I picked up my Kia it looked fantastic! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from SEMS! More
