We are Brits living part time in Florida and From the first initial contact on the dealership forecourt Derek proved friendly, courteous and helpful. We are Brits living part time in Florida and as Land Rover drivers back in the UK it made sense to buy Land Rover in the US for this our first US vehicle. We had no trade-in and had already decided on a Range Rover Sport so Derek's task was not too challenging .... he did what he had to do and did it well (especially well considering this was only his second week at the dealership). He answered many questions about vehicle ownership in Florida, the different trim and engine options available on the Sport and, with Brian's assistance, lead us to a decision. He accompanied us on two test drives and lived to tell the tale. The vehicle we chose was still in plastic in the dealership receiving area and to our amazement went through PDI and valet and was available for collection just 48 hours later. Handover was straight forward as was payment. Derek has followed-up and we are thrilled with our new vehicle. Thank you Derek and thank you Brian. As yet, we have no experience of after sales service although our expectations are high following a very professional sales experience. More
