Hannah greeted us in the parking lot with a big smile. The entire transaction with her continued that way. She is professional and knowledgeable on the entire stock of cars. Unfortunately, Hannah had suffered the same losses. We bonded over that. Brian came out of his office to lend a compassionate ear. We shared stories of the hurricane. It all starts at the top and Brian sets the tone/attitude. After a few minutes talking with Brian you feel very comfortable and relaxed. You can't help but get the sense he is a honest man.
