It as an 8 week process and there was no communication. I reached out several times and told “I’ll call you back in five minutes”. 3 days later no call even though I left messages. A final insult-I was tol I reached out several times and told “I’ll call you back in five minutes”. 3 days later no call even though I left messages. A final insult-I was told the car would be detailed and filled up with gas. The fuel light came on before I even hit home. A horrible experience all around. More

The experience is what I would expect from the dealership. I didn't find out until later that the dealership had been sold to another party.
