Follow-Up From Accident I was involved in an accident (hit from behind while at a red light) and had SIGNIFICANT damage to my car. I brought the car to a Certified BMW Body I was involved in an accident (hit from behind while at a red light) and had SIGNIFICANT damage to my car. I brought the car to a Certified BMW Body Shop to get the car fixed. The total to fix the car was over $25,000. When I got the car back there were still a few issues that were unable to get resolved. I ended up going to BMW of Sarasota to see if they could fix the issues. The collision shop coordinated all work with BMW of Sarasota - including the cost of the follow-up service. The "behind-the-scene" coordination (who pays for what) was easily worked out by the collision shop and BMW of Sarasota. When I dropped off my car at BMW of Sarasota, they quickly and efficiently checked me in and I was on my way in a very short time. They called me the following day to pick the car up. The car appears to be fixed. I couldn't ask for anything more than how this all worked out. More

appointment was made weeks out to allow for receipt of replacement airbag per recall. I dropped off the car as planned and awaited a call when complete.
