Very poor communication from Derek in the service department... He would never pick up his phone. When I arrived for appointment, Derek was not present?? Came to dealership thinking my car was under department... He would never pick up his phone. When I arrived for appointment, Derek was not present?? Came to dealership thinking my car was under warranty for vehicle checks, but apparently not. If my alternator fell out, I would have been fine. Oil change, hard no!! Inflated prices and a miscellaneous charge. More
