Routine service and then bad part replacement Under inflated tires by several pounds. When replacing bad component did not complete procedure. Annual Service I arrived at 8:50a for a 9:00a appointment. I was greeted immediately once I entered the service area. My service technician met with me to review the I arrived at 8:50a for a 9:00a appointment. I was greeted immediately once I entered the service area. My service technician met with me to review the service details, I was then directed to the customer lounge and was offered coffee and snacks. The overall time was approximately 90 minutes, including washing my car! More
