Service was terrible. Received back brakes when front brakes requested . Was told front brakes were fine so they did back. THEN they took for a test drive. Then told me I needed front Brakes! 5hoursNo time so had to make another appointment. Was in 2 weeks prior and nothing was wrong? Oil change & wiper blades. No blades were put on. 3 hrs. Front brakes requested appointment 3 hours. Came back for 1 tire -3 hours. Told asst mgr and advisor I will not be returning. Seemed un-phased. Will drive 45 min in hopes of "BMW"service. More
