Worried about safety here Dealership was great when I bought my car . Eric Bosak was great , he left Antoinette-genius was great, she left. Greg Jones told me my car was a front wheel drive and was going to replace front two tires after I told him that would mess up my drive train and he’s the mgr and assured me my car was front wheel drive . Not true after I called Tampa BMW and then looked up in my paperwork . My husband took my car in this past time and he connected with Susan Schoengold who was knowledgeable, caring and took care of us . Derek was great and even called me to tell me about my car and when it would be completed! That was a first from service team and a very nice touch . Derek and Susan have Redeemed this dealership, maybe it takes a man to bring in the car here as I’ve had no luck as a female sadly . Thank you Derek and Susan! More

Excellent customer service. We are from the east coast and had an issue with our car as a result of a recent service appointment. We showed up at the dealer in sarasota with no appointment and the service manager and assistant service manager went out of their way to resolve the issue, which they did in just a few hours. They had no loaners available but managed to get us one. Great service!!! More
