Brought in for AC repair. Returned with broken strut. I brought in vehicle in excellent condition (exact words of advisor) except for AC issue. My car was returned to me the next day. Heard rumbling noise I brought in vehicle in excellent condition (exact words of advisor) except for AC issue. My car was returned to me the next day. Heard rumbling noise. Thought they had not put something back together correctly. Brought it back in. Left front strut severely damaged. Service advisor and mechanic accused me of hitting something after I left dealership. I assured them I hit nothing. I would have had to hit something very hard to do such damage. Was promised a call from dealership manager. No call ever. More
