I think you need to work with the woman that answers the phone and sets appointment she kept me on the line while speaking to someone and typing into the computer for 5!minutes. She was very nice but annoying to wait while listening. A great experience but remember that she is your first line of contact. More

Excessive window noise Sarasota BMW exceeded my expectations . Window noise problems were corrected and service manager Greg Jones and staff knew what to do and got it done. I have three Beemers and Sarasota has excellent technicians. I also appreciate being contacted by "corporate" after initial purchase. They Broke my radiator :( Simple oil change turned into them breaking radiator. Had car in shop for 2 hours and was not notified they broke it till they said car was ready. Car Simple oil change turned into them breaking radiator. Had car in shop for 2 hours and was not notified they broke it till they said car was ready. Car was definitely not leaking when brought in, there would of been anti freeze all over floor in sign in area, cooling system is pressurized. 2 hours go by and at end, say it was broke but would not admit they did it. Very disappointed not owning that they broke radiator. Also they stated that oil filter housing gasket was leaking, wrong... it was just replaced and I rechecked and was dry, no leaks. Very suspicious More
