When I first called and said I had a serious problem, Adam immediately scheduled me. When I got there, after a brief wait, the vehicle diagonal service was done. That was fully explained to me and I was even shown a shot video of the damaged done. The part was not immediately available but was put on order and I was told the part would arrive by Friday (3 days) and the work would be done immediately. I was given a loaner which I very much appreciated especially seen I didn't have to have some pick me up and I wouldn't be without a vehicle. I happened to see my sales guy, Ed in the waiting room while the techs were determining the problem. We had a pleasant chat with Ed saying how great the service guys and gals were. I now can agree. Everyone was friendly, professional and willing to explain things to me. I believe the quality of the work is very good but I won't know unti I've driven the car a while. Hated to have to have the work done, but couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all of you. More

The staff in the service department are amazing. They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confide They explain everything in layman’s terms so you understand what is going on with your vehicle. They are all very knowledgeable, so you feel confident leaving your vehicle with them. They also seem genuinely happy to see you when you arrive, and in my case, they remember my name. Oh, and one of my favorite things (other than the staff) is that they wash my car every time they work on it. More

Derek was exceptional at communicating what services I needed and how much it cost. He took time to answer my questions in a way that helped me understand what needed to be done urgently and what could needed and how much it cost. I have an older Forester and want to hang on to it as long as I can because it is a manual and they are becoming difficult to find. My only complaint is the charge for reading the diagnostic scanner. I understand charging the fee if I didn't have any repairs done. However, I was charged the standard $89 fee and subsequently spent almost $2200 in repair work. So I think its not unreasonable to waive the charge if Brilliance is getting the service work More

I've had two fairly straightforward service visits that were both executed flawlessly. The Service Desk reps were both knowledgeable, friendly, and consultative.
