I writing to express my and disappointment with my recent purchase of a brand new Ford F-150. The Ford Pass and running board motor have been problematic, and despite some progress, the issues persist recent purchase of a brand new Ford F-150. The Ford Pass and running board motor have been problematic, and despite some progress, the issues persist. The Ford Pass is now working intermittently, and the driver-side running board remains inoperable. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle while investigating the Ford Pass and keyless entry issues. However, they incorrectly utilized my Ford points, exceeding 3,700 points, despite having a credit card on file. I have attempted to contact General Manager Jim Doyle, but my calls have gone unreturned. I find it unacceptable that the dealership has not expedited the running board part. My experience has been disappointing, and I regret purchasing from my hometown dealership, as I believe the issues would have been promptly resolved elsewhere. Nevertheless, Service Advisor Mr. Felix demonstrated helpfulness and empathy. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I will not recommend this dealership. More

Honestly, had DJ and the other salesman not made the deal happen, this dealership would’ve left a sour taste in my mouth due to JP. When I couldn’t come to the number he wanted, he made a slick remark, and t happen, this dealership would’ve left a sour taste in my mouth due to JP. It was a positive experience overall. The finance guy didn't seem too thrilled, but it was okay. I feel like they could have done more on my trade but I didn't really feel like going thro The finance guy didn't seem too thrilled, but it was okay. I feel like they could have done more on my trade but I didn't really feel like going through the drama. I got a nice vehicle at a (I think) fair price. Overall I was satisfied. Several criticisms: 1) Moving the biggest sellers into the air-conditioned showroom would be nice. At least I could have such place to start my search where it wasn't 100 degrees. 2) Going out of your way to make children happy in your showroom would make a big difference. A stuffed toy, some cookies, a cup of juice. A play area maybe. This would endear you to parents, especially mothers. They are already under stress from the car buying experience. Having to keep their children entertained at the same makes the whole process less pleasant. Frankly, some of the sales people have a terrible and unfriendly bearing about them. 3) Salesmen should be well-versed in all aspects of the cars they are selling. Not having answers to customer questions makes one make assumptions about their priorities. 4) Mop the xxxx bathroom. It's pretty unclassy and disgusting to have to walk through someone else's possessions at the urinal. Inspect the bathrooms hourly. More
