If you want to deal with people that have a heart for you, don't go to Wayne Akers Ford. I bought a used 2019 Ford Escape and they said the vehicle is good for many thousands of miles, they even did all you, don't go to Wayne Akers Ford. But I had only driven 200 miles and the transmission started to give trouble. Only 400 miles and I was left on the side of the road. Here is the bad part, they only care to get your money, they don't care for people. They would not spend a dime to better serve their customers, they did nothing to help me with the transmission. Everything they do is to get money from you, they have no heart for the customer. Avoid them as much as possible, they might serve you well as long as they get money, but if something goes wrong, they don't care if you suffer, as long as they get money. More
