Negotiated a price based on what a competitor could offer. I brought the invoice in and asked if they could beat it and they were hard pressed but eventually caved and beat the offer by $500. I think the best way is to hit one dealership against another and see what they ultimately can sell the car for. However, when I pick up my car all the stickers on the seatbelts front of the car mirrors have not been taken off. Also, they forgot to install the Lojack that was part of the dealership package. So I had to return the car to have that placed. And at that point they still didn’t take any of the stickers off that I asked them to so they don’t really Adhere to detail. Read More Read Less

This was by far, the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I've had. I knew what car I wanted, and I knew I wanted to do a lease. ... This was by far, the most seamless and easiest car buying experience I've had. I knew what car I wanted, and I knew I wanted to do a lease. I also knew where I wanted my payments to be and what my trade was worth. I inquired online and Jonathan Gutierrez reached out. We communicated via text about the details, I submitted a credit app and within 30 minutes he had a deal put together in writing which was exactly what I wanted. My husband and I drover over to the dealership, test drove the car and completed the deal. I am beyond thrilled with my new car and the outstanding service I received. While the finance department was preparing my paperwork, my new car was being all detailed (even though it looked perfect to begin with, lol). By the time the paperwork was completed, my car was ready, and Jonathan showed me all the technical stuff about my 2023 Stinger and how to operate everything. He made sure I had his work number and personal cell in case I didn't know how to use something or had any questions about the car. Juan Rodriquez in finance was also great to work with. He explained everything carefully and was very quick to get my paperwork completed. I think from arrival to departing in my new car, I was at the dealership for less than 2 hours, which included testing driving the car, learning about all the features, accepting their offer, and completing the financing paperwork. Another thing I liked is that this dealership did not add on a ton of extras, most of which I wouldn't want. I've looked at this car at other dealers and they add so much extra stuff that it jacks up the price quite a bit. The things they added were things of value such as the Low Jack system and tinted windows and still kept the price reasonable. It was a very pleasurable experience!! Read More Read Less
