I have always liked the service part of the dealership. (This time around there was an issue with a malfunction with the tire equipment that caused the lug nuts to not tighten and created a scary situation (This time around there was an issue with a malfunction with the tire equipment that caused the lug nuts to not tighten and created a scary situation when I was driving. As always, a great team effort and experience at Southern (retaining Hall's original Service Team), from the personal greetings from Derrick at the top, to Brenda guiding my vehicle through the work, and eve (retaining Hall's original Service Team), from the personal greetings from Derrick at the top, to Brenda guiding my vehicle through the work, and even Teresa, while the cashier, helpfully coaches the guests on the use of the very nice coffee machine outside her office. Showroom facilities and guest wait room, with PC workspace while waiting is very much appreciated. While I didn't get to see Robert, projected work finished as estimated on time. However, a bit disappointed, as Brenda expressed, the CarCare Points from Hall have yet to transfer to Southern, and I was a bit surprised at the net cost for the oil change, (free State Safety Inspection), and the printed invoice still rather confusing as to how the credits come back into the net cost. Very much appreciated Brenda's outline on future work to do, and budget and plan for. Regardless, it's comforting to meet up with friends, (both staff and fellow customers to converse with) who you can feel confident in the work performed, and worthy of recommendations. More

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Jeff in the service department is very unprofessional and shouldn't be working with customers. This is not my first encounter with him being unprofessional, but I guara department is very unprofessional and shouldn't be working with customers. This is not my first encounter with him being unprofessional, but I guarantee it will be the last. I will take all of our vehicles to Tysinger from here on out. More
