I’m originally from Mississippi but have called Tennessee home since 2003. Over the years, I’ve worn a lot of hats—managing and training at Anytime Fitness in Hendersonville and Wholesale Fit in Madison, and coaching little league baseball and football. I love working with kids, connecting with people, and making a difference wherever I can. Outside of work, I’m all about family, animals, and taking vacations to recharge. I even enjoy singing a little—though I’m not quite ready for Nashville’s big stage! I never meet a stranger, and I truly enjoy working with others to help them reach their goals and have a great experience along the way.

I am a disabled military veteran and this is my experience. I got a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. After getting getting suckered in a lemon at a local small dealership. The warranty on the experience. I got a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. After getting getting suckered in a lemon at a local small dealership. The warranty on the 2016 Infinity QX60 was supposed to be bumper to bumper power train included. I had to contact the warranty business after purchase to find out what was covered. Because a copy of the warranty was not provided at sale. I know not very smart of me. (I don’t think so clearly after 5 deployments) Turns out seals are not covered in my opinion it’s a scam. Within the 2months was only drivable for 10 days the rest of the time it was in shop. First it was the AC compressor then after that repair the transmission went out wouldn’t you because of a seal. I had bought the infinity for my son and soon to be daughter in-law due to needing a vehicle that can hold 3 child car seats legally and safely due to her having 2 other toddlers. When the Transmission went out it was fortunate the my daughter and unborn grandchild wasn’t injured or killed. So I bought the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder and now have to have a volunteer surrender for the Infinity QX60 at a tune of over $30k. I refuse to pay that amount for a lawn ornament. I am so glad Newton Nissan was able to get us into the 22 Pathfinder Platinum before I had to go through the voluntary surrender hit my credit. Word of advice that I should have done if buying from a rinkydink car dealership get the used vehicle inspected yourself by a certified mechanic I would suggest a name brand auto dealer like Newton Nissan of Gallatin at least they have their inspection team certify their used vehicles are road worthy. The small dealership was uncaring just wanted that check. So thank you Newton Nissan of Gallatin for the excellent service of all your personnel and most of all for caring. Sincerely yours Craig B.
