The sales representative greeted us and process was quick. Derrick Wilson was a great Sales person and very patient with all the questions we had. He explained everything about the car and made sure we felt comfortable with our car before we sat down to review finances. Even after the sales he has called and texted us making sure we were loving our car. UPDATE: After we left the dealership approximately 2 weeks later the dealership called that they misspelled my name and paperwork had to be resigned, this very unprofessional and I didn't see my name misspelled because of the digital way they have you signing everything.  I tried calling the financing department but Jorge Vasquez never returns your calls.  I will not recommend this dealership once you walk out the door you can't reach anyone.   More
