Arrived at Nissan at 10:00am and didn't leave until 1:30pm. Service was backed up. Not enough technicians. Brought the SUV in because of a loud squeaking noise in the front wheels when a hard right 1:30pm. Service was backed up. Not enough technicians. Brought the SUV in because of a loud squeaking noise in the front wheels when a hard right or left turn was made. No one came to tell me what was going with my SUV. After 3 hrs I asked someone at the service desk about my SUV. Told that my car was ready and the paperwork was at the cashier's window. There were alot of people waiting to get their cars serviced and were very frustrated. Nissan has to do better. More
