Otis is not my Sales Rep, but I recently had a bad experience with my current Rep and Otis approached me as he saw that I was upset. I really appreciate how comfortable they make you at this dealership and fast the service was. The express lane is the best thing ever. Process was very long. Felt like it could have been done a lot quicker. Vehicle had a traction controlled glitch and it was not even checked.
