Unprofessional at its finest!! Very pushy, does not listen and act as if they are giving you something. First and last time. John Palmer was my sales associate. Just issues from the beginning. To not being about to use discounts I was informed they take. Everything was so rushed! I was very disappointed and should’ve followed my first mind to leave once they lied about having the vehicle color. And just to be clear I brought in my own approval letter, so I only needed to purchase the car from Nissan. My sister wanted to purchase from them as well. But after my experience, that’s a no go! More
