Not a good experience I brought my car in Monday evening regarding brake issues. This vehicle is a work vehicle and need to fo back in service promptly. I sent a text to a I brought my car in Monday evening regarding brake issues. This vehicle is a work vehicle and need to fo back in service promptly. I sent a text to as a status I got a reply they were checking the brakes At 10:46 I received a call. I called back at 10:47 after waiting for someone to answer the phone I was told the tech was on a call an would call back. Never received a call I called 2 more times finally at approximately 3:30 tech rella me they have been trying to contact me. This dis not happen. Then I was told my vehicle would be ready around 10 am in Wednesday. I became very upset with this situation as it should have never come to this. I called back to speak with mgmt and was told they would stay and for it ready. Then when I get the vehicle the low tire light was on. It was on when I brought it in. You took all 4 tires off of my vehicle and sill ignored this issue when starting the vehicle. This is my first bad experience with your service. My husband switched 3 vehicles to south Holland Nissan for a few reasons. Dont make us regret it. More
