I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More

It was fate . .. I pulled up to Imperial Toyota in Milford and there was Hany stepping outside for a breath of fresh air ... I got out of my car and asked ... are y .. He said yes and we started the process. He was so positive, helpful and had so much patience. I "tortured" him for a few hours looking at everything ... he showed me everything that might work for me and listened. Finally I decided on a beautiful small suv and 3 other interested parties came in after me for the same car. I was lucky he hung in there with me!!! Thank you Hany!! More

I've had several dealership experiences and, having had a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute and was sat down with a snack, bottle of water and friendly salesperson (Hany) right away. Hany took the time to get to know me, understand my wants and needs, and tell me about himself as well. My time at the dealership topped over four hours, but it went by in the blink of an eye. The options were clearly explained to me by Hany and later by the (equally friendly and personable) finance manager. I never felt pressured or like I was anything but valued. In fact, I felt valued and that each person in service, sales, management and finance truly wanted to make my experience positive. Even when I returned for my sticker and registration, the staff remembered me, warmly welcomed me back, took the time to hear about my experience with my vehicle this far and offer suggestions and troubleshoot any issues I had. As a service professional and as a customer, Imperial Toyota and Hany have my highest recommendation. Five stars. More

We went to Toyota to trade in our vehicles for a Highlander Hybrid. We originally thought we would look at/go with a used one, but after speaking at length with Fawad Rezayee and learning the additi Highlander Hybrid. We originally thought we would look at/go with a used one, but after speaking at length with Fawad Rezayee and learning the additional options (and not a much higher price point), we decided to purchase a 2023 model. Fawad and Eric Mamede, the Sales Manager, were both a pleasure to work with and a fair deal was made. Fawad was terrific in keeping in touch with us to let us know when the registration was ready and gave a full demo/answered all our questions patiently regarding Google Play, features we were not familiar with, etc. We would definitely work with him again! More
