We went to Toyota to trade in our vehicles for a Highlander Hybrid. Fawad and Eric Mamede, the Sales Manager, were both a pleasure to work with and a fair deal was made. Fawad was terrific in keeping in touch with us to let us know when the registration was ready and gave a full demo/answered all our questions patiently regarding Google Play, features we were not familiar with, etc. We would definitely work with him again! The real test of a dealership is how they treat you after, not before the sale.
