Actually none of the personnel at Colonial was pushy or agressive. I was returning my insurance rental. Desiree met me at the airport with a shuttle driver with my car and the delivery was done right there. Desiree was patient addressed my questions. I love the CRV and when I purchase another vehicle I will be going back to look for Desiree. She is a liason between Colonial and the customers and does a fantastic job. More

She was extremely patient and spent a long time with me to be sure I was comfortable with all the features, which was quite a formidable task considering I had been driving a 2006. I had intentions of looking at a used car but by the time I had left the Desiree made my car buying experience at colonial Honda quick and very easy. I had intentions of looking at a used car but by the time I had left the dealership I had fallen in love with a new car. Desiree wasn’t pushy with the sale and was very genuine when going through the whole process. The following day I went to pick up my car and she spent almost an hour with me setting up all the new features Of the vehicle and making sure I understood how to use the technology inside. In the past I’ve gone to other dealers where I’ve spent 7 to 8 hours there going through the whole process to only leave feeling more stressed out than when I walked in. More
