On 03-06-2026 my wife, and I purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus from Cookeville Lincoln in Cookeville Tn. We purchased a prepaid service plan and the finance manager explained that they would come to o Nautilus from Cookeville Lincoln in Cookeville Tn. We purchased a prepaid service plan and the finance manager explained that they would come to our house and perform the regular services as part of the plan. I called yesterday to schedule the first appointment and was told by the service manager that I lived 8 miles to far for the home service, I asked to speak to a manager and was referred to Paris the salesman who sold us the car he proceeded to read us the fine print, I reminded him of what was agreed upon, he said he would have someone call us. I received a Call from Devin who said he was a service manager, I explained our purchase of the car and their promise of service to the home. Devin explained that what was sold to us isn't valid because the contract and that "agreement" was done with a former employee. More
