Walking onto the lot my mother and I didn’t intend on talking to the salesman or even buying a car in general that day. James saw us and immediately approached. He walked with me through the cars and ask talking to the salesman or even buying a car in general that day. James saw us and immediately approached. He walked with me through the cars and asked me down to every detail what I wanted in my soon to be new car. I chose cars I liked on the lot and he was more than happy to bring them out for me to look and to test drive but I was always pushing my price range. I had poor James running around taking car after car out. James said “I’m going to go inside to my computer and i’m going to find some cars that I think will meet your expectations and our price range.” Minutes later he comes back out and brings out MY car. We go for another test drive and we stopped at my parents for him to speak to my dad about the car and I just believe he went above and beyond. On top of that when we showed up on the lot he was supposed to be clocking out! He stayed and helped me almost 2 hours past the time he was supposed to end his shift. As great as he is at his job, he’s an even more amazing person. Throughout those hours being with James we didn’t just talk about cars, we talked about life, we laughed, we joked and to be honest we made memories. I wouldn’t change a thing about the day I stepped out onto that lot and i’m so grateful to have gotten the opportunity to have James sell me my car! We need more people like James:) More
