Hands down one of the most impressive car events I ever experienced in my lifetime. Was planning on just looking at vehicle with and for my son remarkably on MLK birthday. Asked for Devin Sheldon from a previous visit 6 months earlier and the rest was history. Devin sets the standards of being a great sales representative and did everything within his powers as promised to find a vehicle we would like and ultimately drive away in that same day. As if he already knew exactly what my son was interested in, picked the perfect car that my son would love and eventually purchase the same day. Car buying experience can be exhausting and stressful, but Devin and the staff at Southern Acura Newport News made it as smooth as possible. Devin made everything transparent throughout the entire process and at the end of the day/night, all smiles as my son drove away in his first car.
