D Fields would not work with us. Upon leaving a gentleman in a suit (manager) stopped us in the parking lot and gave us what we wanted. He was very nice and worked with us. I had the great pleasure of working with Shauna S. and Devon F. in test driving a couple cars and then finally purchasing one. I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership and, honestly, had almost resigned myself to buying a car through Carmax just so I wouldn't have to deal with irritating salespeople. Shauna and Devon WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Seriously. I had zero time to spare, knew exactly what I wanted to try, had very specific questions and, when I was ready to buy, I was ready to buy. Devon was gracious enough to take care of most everything via text/phone (because...zero time) and really went above and beyond what I know excellent customer service to be. I could not be more happy with my car buying experience. Ask for Shauna or Devon and you will not be sorry. More

I am truly so glad that I bought my car from Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos! When I first met with Devon, I felt comfortable speaking with him and trusted his insight. He was not pushy whatsoever and I had absolute trust in him. He was very upfront and honest about the availability of cars and what he could offer me. Even though the car I wanted was high in demand and hard to get, he went above and beyond to ensure I got the car I wanted. Without Devon, I wouldn't have my car today.
