I bought a 50 thousand dollar Ridgeline HPD model. They promise me the new 19 Phillips screws replacement not only call back a year later from Oscar Ortega. Nor the dealership don't buy anything from this place, I work at Honda for 9 years, service is the worst pep boy's blow's there service away. Had my first oil change done they broke my upper corsuports cover clips. No pride , not a care in the world, sales is excellent, stay away from service techs are horrible and so is anyone who's supposed to have quilty control. I will buy my own 19 stripped screw's myself. I also asked for a estimate on the key fob cause I had a double cardiac arrest and the firefighters lost my keys, no estimate tell this day.
