They helped me find something that fit all my needs and extra wants in a vehicle. I was very impressed with the support they offered while I was also dealing with struggles of getting around on crutches. They were very friendly and everyone treated me like family. I felt little to no stress in my car buying process which was a first for me out of the 5 times I've gone through this process. Tyler was very helpful and professional as well as Devon in finance. Tyler was also training a new sales person and they were pleasant to work with as well. Overall excellent experience. I will be back for future vehicle purchases for my family and children. More

It wasn't until recently that I'd received an offer that made me want to bite at getting a new model. I was fortunate enough to work with the same sales person I had last time, David Leung, and both he and Ryan Wondra worked with me to get me the car I wanted at a price that we could all agree on. They weren't pushy at all and were very understanding of the needs and concerns I had. That helped me make the decision to seal the deal. Sitting down with Devon afterward was just as easy also, nowhere near as stressful as it could have been. He explained the paperwork well and in terms anyone could understand, and also made the various recommendations for extra services using personal examples. More

I cannot believe I bought a car from home! Let me start by telling you that I live 1hr 40mins. from this dealership. While searching for cars online I found my dream car here. At first, I was Let me start by telling you that I live 1hr 40mins. from this dealership. While searching for cars online I found my dream car here. At first, I was worried about how far away this car was and how would I ever get to see it before it was purchased by someone else. Through several e-mails and a few phone calls with Michael Gay (a Lions fan), he was able to have Anthony Anderson (a Vikings fan) drive the vehicle to my house for me to see and drive in person. I knew they were offering at-home test drives but I never thought they would go this far away. The financing was completed over the phone and I was able to sign the paperwork at my dining room table. (I'm sorry I forgot his name but he did a great job too) Even though my sales agents work in Madison and they were not Packers fans, I did still purchase the vehicle, and I am truly grateful for all the extra work they did to bring the car to me. This was a very different way to purchase a vehicle, but I am glad I reached out to see what they could do for me. Thank you again Micheal and Anthony (Tony) you guys did a great job! My only complaint is that I wish the detailer who prepared my vehicle for sale would have spent a little more time shampooing the trunk and backs of the seats. I was able to clean them myself but it would have been nice not to have to do this on a new purchase. Overall this was an excellent dealership and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. More
