I love the television show "Undercover Boss" I literally be in tears when the show ends. I felt as if I was one of the recipients of that show. While sitting at the desk with Mr. Betancourt although this ca be in tears when the show ends. I felt as if I was one of the recipients of that show. While sitting at the desk with Mr. Betancourt although this car was a gift from my church Spirt of Faith Christian Center "No Lack Nation" and I did not have to pay a dime, he treated me as if I was a purchasing customer. He kept expressing to me how it brought him so much joy that I was blessed as if it was his blessing. I left with a full tank of gas and was "ON THE ROAD AGAIN!! More

This dealer has recently fired some employees (including the manager) and is now considerably improved. However, I believe it still needs to improve with customer communications. I when into Banister Ford on 21 May 2022 to purchase my 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, 2022 Mustang GT. I received my vehicle on 21 June 2022. At first, there was a lot of running around and questions left unanswered. Quite frankly, I had every intention of going to purchase the vehicle at another dealership. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Amir for calling Ford and the Zone Rep everyday. Amir was very kind and empathetic about the situation. Whenever he received information or updates, he would reach out and let me know. In addition, Devron, the GM, also reached out to me and explained the situation to me. He made sure that I knew what was going on with my vehicle and the timeline. Devron, Amir, Sajjad, and Shana, thank you for all of your assistance and hard work with getting me my vehicle. Thank you for being kind and empathetic with my situation. The four (4) of you truly changed my opinion about Banister Ford and my my crappy situation a better one. More

I came in on a Holiday(Memorial Day), prepared to trade and drive home my new vehicle. Shortly before leaving home, I was informed not to bring the trade. Reason, broken taillight glass and vehicle had n and drive home my new vehicle. Shortly before leaving home, I was informed not to bring the trade. Reason, broken taillight glass and vehicle had not been through maintenance. My salesman apparently was totallly unaware of the situation, embarrassed himself with my wife and Me. Thanks to the personnel in Finance, we finally completed the transaction. The new truck was delivered to my home four days after purchase in a smooth, speedy, exchange of vehicles for which I was very thankful. Very happy with purchase, the price, the truck, and most personnel who tried to expedite matters and make us comfortable. Only drawback, our sales person who acted like we had nothing else to do but sit in his show room for five hours. Banister's senior personnel (including finance) were true to their word in every way.
