The new owners are nothing like Wilde Lexus. They charged me $1500 worth of products that I didn't ask for, and these 2 product warranties don't even apply to my used 2017 RX350 with 102,000 mi They charged me $1500 worth of products that I didn't ask for, and these 2 product warranties don't even apply to my used 2017 RX350 with 102,000 miles. One product stated it had to be a new car (mine isn't), and the other stated it only applied to cars with less than 100,000 miles (not mine either). They are cheaters and won't reply to my multiple emails asking them to rectify the situation. And of course, forget about getting time to read the contracts they rush you to sign. DON'T buy or get service at the Lexus of Sarasota dealership. You'll be kicking yourself if you do. More

Everyone from Ana Lima, my salesperson to Matt Lingerfelt, the finance guy to Jason Peters in the service department…. all excellent and an asset to the dealership!!! And, of course, the free car wash, the cookies and the lovely lady who prepares them and the drinks are all a part of the excellent experience at Lexus of Sarasota! Keep it up, especially Jason Peters, and I ‘ll never go anywhere else. More
