Second time to get a car and Diana always the best to come in clutch. She is fantastic at what does and is always able to get you the best deal. This is my third ca I just picked up my 2026 Palisade Calligraphy from City World Hyundai, and once again, Diana Almonte came through like family. This is my third car with City World Hyundai but it's my second car with her, and every single time she proves why I keep coming back. Diana isn’t just a salesperson, she’s genuinely one of the most personable, down to earth people you’ll ever meet in a dealership. Talking to her never feels like I’m being “sold” anything. It honestly feels like I’m visiting a family member, catching up, and somehow the conversation ends with me driving off in a brand new car. She’s patient, she listens, she breaks everything down clearly, and she always makes sure I get exactly what I want without the stress or pressure you feel at most dealerships. As soon as we walked through the door Diana treated us like family. Diana had assisted with my dad’s car from years ago, my brothers car, and now mine.
