Customer service was sub par, and when the oil pan bolt was stripped I was made to feel like it was everyone’s fault except the tech. I can elaborate if you need to contact me 2624123203. Both Diana’s are great. The service techs are great. If you have to talk to one of the managers they make sure to understand what you are talking about and not just blow you The service techs are great. This dealership embraces what can we do for you or help you with. No matter what you can always leave there with more information than you started with. We live in Greenfield Wisconsin and drive to Kenosha Wisconsin just for the dealership. We hope all Ziegler dealerships are the same. We have only experienced this one. More
