My wife always speaks highly of the service and support she gets from the dealer. I felt the car purchase was pain free, the staff was supportive, friendly and no pressure to buy. Diego has been very helpful in walking us through and answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted answering all the questions we have about our new car. The dealership has also shown a willingness to correct certain cosmetic deficiencies we noted on the exterior on the vehicle and we hope they will be corrected. Overall, the purchase process was a pleasure. We did not feel pressured to buy additional options that we did not want nor need. We look forward to working with the Service department to maintain our vehicle. We are hoping to soon have the Navigation chip that we paid over $400.00 for, because the Parts Department did not have the proper one in stock. We would have liked to have seen a little more flexibility in the pricing of that part. The dealership should have in stock a part like that and not take your payment before it is installed and it’s proper operation is confirmed. More

We had a great experience! We communicated with Diego online and told him exactly what we wanted. We do not enjoy the car-buying process for the most part but he made it quick and easy. Our car was wait online and told him exactly what we wanted. We do not enjoy the car-buying process for the most part but he made it quick and easy. Our car was waiting for us when we drove up and we were immediately put in line to sign the contract. He also communicated our wishes to the finance department so we were able to move through that process fast and efficiently. In the future, we will definitely contact Diego for our next Mazda! More
