Too much paper. They should copy what online dealers are doing. They literally had to fill out paperwork by hand. It’s 2020. Also I am repeated customer, doing everything from scratch is annoying. This is my second Capo Mazda purchase I live in San Diego and travel to Capo for both my purchase and service.
