Good people - mixed feelings on the experience. Diego was incredible. He deserves 5 stars on his own. He's patient, informative, and clearly cares about his customers and worked very hard to get us Diego was incredible. He deserves 5 stars on his own. He's patient, informative, and clearly cares about his customers and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at the right price. We would buy a car from HIM again, anytime. The finance guys were great - explained everything, took their time with us, very jovial and friendly. Unfortunately the delivery experience is where things went south. The first car we selected had an electrical fault tied to a bad fuse that resulted in us not being able to take the car home the night we signed paperwork for it. This was no one's fault in particular, but it was disappointing. The next morning, we received a call from Diego that the fault had been fixed, and we returned to the dealership that night to pick up the car. Unfortunately, right before we left the dealership, there was an accident in which another sales associate backed a car into our brand new Mazda3 with us sitting in it. Needless to say this was an extremely upsetting and stressful experience, and nothing we would have ever remotely expected to happen. The employee at fault for the accident admitted fault, and was extremely apologetic and clearly upset that our experience had been affected. Moe, the sales manager, rectified the situation by offering us a choice of solutions, and in the end we opted for another vehicle of the same make with a better trim level at the same monthly price as a compensation for our negative experiences during both delivery attempts. Overall, the experience was shaded by some negative things. It's really hard to give a fair rating overall on the experience because of this. If Diego hadn't been a pleasure to work with, or if Moe had not properly handled the aftermath of the failed delivery attempts and the accident, then this rating would have easily been a 1-star. More

There was no pressure and they were very up front with everything, even taking the time to explain all the details of the different financing options. They had answers for all of our questions and made us feel right at home. you definitely will not find any better service then Capistrano Mazda. Diego was a pleasure to work with. Diego Blakely made my purchase of a 2019 CX-5 relatively quick and certainly easy completing most of the hard part online and over the phone. Much better than I anticipated; and my bar was really high We basically purchased the car via email as we were traveling a long distance (over 200 miles). Diego Blakely was one of the most patient salesman I We basically purchased the car via email as we were traveling a long distance (over 200 miles). Diego Blakely was one of the most patient salesman I had ever met. What sold me on Diego was a semi professional video that he sent me of the car we were interested in. But then, we met Forouz and I would say they are both vying for the top of my list. Maybe a close second because she only took a photo of us in front of the new car, not a video like Diego did. Farouz picked us up at the train station and the reception at the dealership was great. Her patience during our extended test drive was admirable and more importantly, the car was exactly as described via our electronic interaction. I won't even mention that everyone at the dealership put up with my childlike sense of humor. Hey, they even made me feel like I was funny. The whole experience was wonderful and well worth the trip down to San Juan Capistrano. I would encourage anyone that is looking for a good experience in buying a car to call either one of them. More
